Step 1: Select your PSD photos

Click on the Add Photos button and select from your computer the PSD photos you wish to blur. Then click the ‘Next’ button.

Step 2: Blur your PSD photos

Go the Advanced tab and select Add Effect/Annotation->Filtering->Blur. The larger the window size, the more blurry your image will be. We recommend a window size of 3. Click Start! and your PSD photos will soon be blurred.
